Our Journey
My path to creating Haven Pet Concierge began in my earliest years as a family dog caregiver. While pursuing my veterinary aspirations, I gained invaluable experience caring for not just dogs and cats, but also horses, chickens, goats, and bunnies. Through years of working in the pet care industry, I noticed a concerning pattern: pet parents consistently felt let down by unreliable sitters, poor communication, and sometimes even lost pets.
